Proper rules and precautions for using Mask

The Covid-19 epidemic is in full swing around the world. According to the World Health Organization, the most effective way to protect oneself when leaving home for ongoing life and livelihoods is to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet (at least 3 feet) and to wear a mask.

Just as it is important for everyone to wear a mask at this time, it is also important to use a mask properly to protect yourself from the coronavirus and to prevent the spread of the virus in the community. Let's find out the exact rules of using a mask to prevent coronavirus:

1. N-95 or equivalent masks are for use only by physicians, nurses, health workers, or other colleagues engaged in medical work in the hospital. Wearing this mask for other daily activities can lead to discomfort and even shortness of breath or health risks. So in any other action case, use a cloth or other healthy surgical masks indoors or outdoors.
2. Before wearing the mask, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
3. Wear the mask carefully so that it completely covers the nose and mouth and tie it in such a way that there is no gap between the face and the mask.
4. When wearing the mask, refrain from touching it with your hands.
5. Do not keep the mask down from the nose and mouth when talking on the phone or talking to anyone. Remember that talking after the mask is not rude or indecent behavior. It is essential for your protection.
6. If for some reason the worn mask becomes wet or dirty, remove it and wear another clean mask immediately.
7. When wearing or opening the mask, use the ribbon/elastic on both sides of the mask, never touch the front of the mask.
8. If the hand touches the front of the mask while wearing it and after opening the mask, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
9.If you use a single-use surgical mask, throw it away in a covered trash can as soon as you open it. After using the cloth mask, soak it in soapy water for 30 minutes, wash it well, dry it, and reuse it.
10 Always be careful when wearing a mask on a child under the age of two. Remove the mask as soon as the baby's discomfort is visible.
Remember that even if you wear a mask properly, you have to adhere to physical distance to be protected from Covid-19.
